In Psalm 19:14, David prayed that the words of his mouth and the meditation of his heart would be acceptable. This is just one of many passages that discuss the value of combining contemplation with prayer to help us draw our hearts closer to God.

Jesus speaks of the kingdom coming in three different contexts and instructs His disciples to pray, "Your kingdom come." Should we still be praying this today?

Paul instructs Titus to be a pattern of sound speech that cannot be condemned. His letter also instructs on the correlation between sound speech and our behavior.
In the final lesson of this series, how do we apply apostolic traditions as way of life, making room for Christ to grow in us, and draw us closer to God?
